How private enquiries work.

Enquiry notice · 20 September 2026

Choose who receives your request

When you send an enquiry, SocialPageFinder shares your account name, email address, subject, message and timeframe with the verified page owner who has enabled enquiries. Sending is optional. You can use the page’s public social links instead.

Keep the conversation useful

The owner can reply to your email address outside SocialPageFinder. Check your account for the status they record. There are no automatic email notifications in this release. A request is not a booking, payment or guarantee of a response. Ownership verification confirms page control, not the quality of a business.

Private records, honest measures

Enquiries and contact details are not published in the directory or sold as lead lists. We store the request, sender and recipient account references, your sharing confirmation, dates and outcome status to deliver the enquiry and show private counts. “Won” means the owner marked it won; we do not verify sales or revenue. No advertising analytics service is needed for these counts.

The original recipient retains access to enquiries addressed to them if page ownership changes. A new owner does not inherit those enquiries.

Withdrawal and retention

You can withdraw a request in My sent enquiries. This clears its subject and message and removes your displayed contact details from the business inbox. It cannot recall an email or information already copied by the recipient. Status and account references remain for administration until deletion.

Enquiry records are removed after 12 months by scheduled maintenance. Backups may retain earlier copies under the site’s backup retention arrangements. You can request access, correction or earlier deletion through Contact, and export your enquiry records from your account.

For page owners

Enquiries are off until you enable them. Check your inbox regularly and use contact details to address the customer’s request. Receiving an enquiry is not permission to subscribe the customer to marketing. Turn enquiries off whenever you cannot respond.
